Time Mage
Time Mage aims to build on the duality of Diurnal Sect and Nocturnal Sect from its Diviner base class while adding tricky meta-magic effects. Note that several spells have different effects based on which sect the Time Mage is currently in.
The Diviner base class only has one area of effect attack spell in Gravity, but several useful single-target direct damage and DoT spells. Accession allows the Time Mage to expand the radius of an attack spell by spending more MP, useful for Combust spells or for the cross-class spell Sleep, which, without the Thaumaturge's Deep Sleep trait, is only single target. From there, the tricks continue. Haste, Stop, and Warp and party support actions that should be highly desirable. Gyrocast allows the Time Mage to cast while moving without interruption, but increases all cast times. Note that Gyrocast can be paired with Lightspeed to great effect. Antimatter is a great tool to get some MP back while still doing damage, and if the Time Mage is spamming Rip, can be used fairly frequently. A Time Mage gets several spells that deal direct damage and should choose which to use based on the situation. Malefic is now an instant cast spell. Malefic II now inflicts Slow. Rip does solid damage and may make Antimatter immediately available. Demi reduces HP based on a percentage. Doomsday is the strongest area of effect damage you can do with a long cast time. Comet is an MP-free ability that deals a set amount of damage spread among all targets in range.
