Dancer
The inspiration for Dancer in FFXIV is Dancer from FFXI: a melee ranged healer who uses TP to fuel its heals.
Greased Lightning changes while your job is set to Dancer, foregoing increased damage to instead boost the potency of your heals. The more stacks of Greased Lightning you keep up, the stronger your heals become. Three of the new weaponskills fit into the established Pugilist structure and help build Greased Lightning. Qigong Wave is usable without a stance and changes to Raptor form, but when used in Opo-opo form, only uses half of its otherwise high TP cost. Infuse is only usable in Raptor form and changes form to Coeurl. Infuse is a core weaponskill for Dancer as it enchants one enemy target, healing any party member who hits it with a weaponskill. Cleanse is only usable in Coeurl form, changes form to Opo-opo and grants Greased Lightning. Cleanse is a Dancer's version of Esuna or Leeches. In most circumstances, being at the end of your combo should not pose a problem, but when you need to turn out several Cleanses quickly, you might have to use Pugilist's Perfect Balance. Dancer also gets several one-off healing abilities for tight situations, including Abundant Life, which heals all nearby party members. Rounding out its arsenal is Fists of Water, which restores a little HP to all nearby party members with each weaponskill the dancer uses. Dancer will perform very well healing other melee units in a party and have a slightly harder time healing ranged attackers.
