Fencer
A Fencer fights with both sword and spell, deftly weaving aether into each blow. A Fencer's armoury weapon is a dueling sword. Fencers wear the medium leather and chain armors favored by Rogues, Pugilists, and Archers. Endgame, they equip the "Scouting" set.
The core mechanic of the Fencer class is a ring of 6 actions comprised of alternating spells and weaponskills. Each spell in the ring augments the user's MND on a hit, while each weaponskill augments INT. The 3 weaponskills form their own looping combo. Elemental weaknesses are imposed by each action in the ring. These weaknesses overwrite one another such that only one weakness you impose can exist on a target at a time. The 40s cooldown Debilitate action can be used to inflict various enfeebling effects based on a target's current elemental weakness. Blue Mage builds on this class by focusing on the 3 weaponskills from the combo ring. Red Mage builds on this class by focusing on the MND enhancing effects of the attack spells, as well as the various support magic provided by Fencer.
